  1. Promotional artwork on the Protocol 11 site: friends around a green card table, holding blue, red, green and yellow number cards showing 3s and 7s.

ShippedGame systems · responsive table play

Protocol 11. The table now answers when a move is refused

An illegal desktop drop used to do nothing at all. Now the destination answers, the card stays yours and the turn does not move. The same delivery reworked Wild placement and hand sorting, gave Journey stages their own identity, and released three short films of the game being played.

Where that stands: The refusal, the reworked placement and the films are live on the Protocol 11 site.

  2. Promotional artwork on the Bubbles site: the character Bubblecap beside a colourful bubble board, under the Bubbles wordmark and the line “One more shot. One more board.”

    ShippedGame systems · deterministic play

Bubbles. A clear is now about efficiency, not just points

Fewest Shots gives you one board and no shot limit. The server replays a submitted clear before it counts, so a record cannot come from a browser's unverified claim, and a patient, awkward clear still gets in. The same release rebuilt the presentation and promoted Bubblecap.

Where that stands: The mode and the replay check are live on the Bubbles site.

  3. LoftwahFM’s official waveform logo and wordmark over a black vinyl burst with hot-pink and cyan highlights.

ShippedMusic platform · shared radio capability

LoftwahFM. Three game soundtracks have their own albums

Protocol 11's twelve Jukebox tracks, the Loftwah Fighter soundtrack and the SHOALSHOT soundtrack are public albums with their own covers. A game builder can drop in the same browser player, so a small game gets a real station instead of a loop with no home.

Where that stands: The albums, covers and player are live on LoftwahFM.

  4. App Composer's orange merging-block mark, the line “Make software. Keep it yours.” and the composer.loftwah.com address on a flat orange field.

    ShippedDevelopment tools · agent-operated setup

App Composer. A build story you can follow, and a contribution rule you can check

The public story follows one brief from a plain sentence to a running app, including the parts that stayed local. Guestbook publishes the versioned invitation that Linkarooie validates: open, paused, closed or full, with approval and featuring kept separate. The hosted demonstration is explicitly fictional traffic, and it says so.

Where that stands: The build story, contribution contract and hosted demo are live on App Composer.

Getting better

Real work, with the next limit named.

  1. Illustrated LOFTWAH FIGHTER poster: Dean/Loftwah reaches into a charged arena while Pippa, a stocky black bulldog, braces in front of him, under bold LOFTWAH FIGHTER lettering.

    ImprovingGame systems · authored journeys

Fighter. You can see fights finish, not only start

Fighter's own report now separates fight starts, terminal results and time actually played, and a deliberate same-tab Quick Fight replay has its own definition. Settings offers returning-browser recognition as a separate choice, off by default, with revocation when storage fails.

Where that stands: The measurement release is live; phone play and audio balance are still open.

  2. SHOALSHOT underwater encounter artwork: sea-glass Glimmerfin cross the sunlit shelf beneath a crowned jellyfish, with a winged Mirrorwing and pressure launcher in the foreground.

    ImprovingGame systems · mobile-first presentation

SHOALSHOT. Ten achievement cards have their own artwork

Each card front is original art, joined by an earned-card receipt and an ordered reveal after a catch. Two new encounter patterns and launcher-specific fire signatures landed in the same window. The multi-tab save-revert repair has shipped; what remains is release acceptance and real phone play.

Where that stands: The artwork and the save repair are merged and deployed; the release is still being accepted.

  3. Asset Hunter: Explore assets. See the craft. Two separate wedges assemble into a mark defined by the gap between them, using the catalogue’s negative-space study.

    ImprovingAsset discovery · rights-aware delivery

Asset Hunter. A pack checks rights before it fetches anything

The pack builder reads redistribution rights first, carries recorded provenance and attribution, verifies manifested bytes and produces a reproducible ZIP. Review-required and reference-only resources remain records without redistributed payloads. Independent use by someone outside the factory is not yet proven.

Where that stands: The pack builder is reviewed and implemented; adoption is not claimed.

Still building

A prototype, a waitlist or a quiet project can still be worth exploring.

  1. In progressGame reconstruction · source archaeology

Pirates. A playable sequence rebuilt from the original's own evidence

Free Mode, the Moostyn port and economy, sailing, encounters, naval combat and save/load now run connected. Every claim is anchored to decoded source geometry and records rather than memory. What the source cannot prove stays out of the build, which is slower and more honest than filling the gaps.

Where that stands: A source-backed slice is playable; full parity gates remain closed.

Opens the Pirates record, which explains what the current build does and does not reconstruct.

  2. Promotional image from the MAX site: a wheeled walker in a living room beside the words “MAX. Your walker, made smarter.” It is not physical-use evidence.

In progressAssistive technology · software and hardware

MAX. Try finding the walker in a simulation

MAX is a connected companion prototype for the walker you already own, starting with a FIND button, light and sound. Its public Virtual MAX demo lets you try the idea in an isolated browser session. It has no physical walker connection; real-home usefulness and the hardware still need testing.

Where that stands: The public demo and waitlist are available. A working simulation does not establish physical use.

  3. Plans With You artwork: a cream poster headed “Plans were made. Then unmade.” beside a blue ordinary-plan card marked CANCELLED.

In progressCalendar protection · planned cancellation

Plans With You. The plan is to cancel, so the evening stays yours

Plans With You proposes a plausible commitment in your calendar, a confirmation that looks the part, then a deliberate cancellation that leaves the time yours. The public example explains the promise. You can join the waitlist; paid membership is not open, and the example does not book or cancel a real event.

Where that stands: The public site and waitlist are live. The calendar service is a proposition, not an open paid membership.

What this edition taught us

Woodhouse’s publication audit was waiting on hundreds of page requests one at a time. Checking six at once removed that waiting while preserving the same checks. Other projects have different release paths; a faster command is useful only when it still proves what its product needs.

How this edition was made

  • Edited from the owning products and Woodhouse’s dated public records, checked 25 October 2026. Private repository evidence was used only to check claims; private source bodies and the operator report are not published.
  • The stories describe the work on the review date. Project names, artwork and destinations come from the current published records; they may change later. A withdrawn project is withheld, and the text makes no new release claim when that happens.
  • A merge is not a deployment, and a deployment is not a person using the thing. Physical use and customer adoption need their own evidence.

10 of 10 selected projects are currently public.
