app-composer: A requested journal, then an update to the same app

An existing owner’s guarded fictional journal request reached a published Guestbook on Composer’s shared runtime. A supported title update then completed under saved standing policy without a separate approval, retaining the same resource. Visitors can inspect the Fictional Atlas team journal and its mounted app; postcards are closed. The earlier Harbour Notes approval and pause example remains a separate proof.

Next proof: Complete the native member and wider lifecycle requirements with their existing Composer owners. Public moderation sharing remains unsupported; no MP sign-in action is needed for the completed Harbour Notes slice.
