Master of the Secret Sea is being reconstructed from original source evidence. The project is not yet free to treat an interesting idea as part of the original game.
That constraint matters because agentic systems can make missing details look finished. A familiar genre convention may be plausible, coherent and wrong for this specific source.
Keep uncertainty visible
Archaeology, specification, parity implementation and expansion are separate phases. Gate B remains locked until the reconstruction has enough source-backed coverage to support a claim of parity.
Decision
No procedural fork is approved while the original game's parity gate remains locked.
The factory recovers code and records what is known, what is missing and what agents may not invent.

Some source repositories are private. This publication does not reproduce raw issue text or private conversation transcripts.
