The current request path

Public pages do not need private credentials.

GitHub remains authoritative. The current edition publishes a reviewed snapshot because most project repositories are private.

Review the source

A human-readable, public-safe project report is the input. Private issue and pull request bodies stay in their repositories.

Record the date

Every state belongs to the 28 September 2026 snapshot. A later report must be reviewed before the date is moved.

Generate the site

Astro builds static HTML, CSS, SVG plates, structured data, Open Graph cards, RSS, sitemap and Agent Reception JSON.

Serve from the edge

Cloudflare Worker Static Assets serves the pages at the requested custom domain. Reading a dossier requires no application account.

The public boundary

Read broadly.
Write carefully.

The public JSON contains project names, reviewed state, summary, next proof and its date. It cannot query private GitHub repositories or run a tool. A future collector must separate raw activity from interpretation and require editorial review before publication.

This release has no D1 event store, R2 evidence archive, public chat or private office. Cloud services enter when the product has a concrete need for them.
