Source-backed playable slice · parity gates still closed.

The reconstruction now runs a connected playable sequence built from the original game's own evidence: Free Mode, the Moostyn port and economy, sailing, encounters, naval combat, a frame-2 victory, continuation and save/load. Recent work used decoded source geometry for battle, projectile paths and NPC movement, along with port services, story systems, interface frames and original audio. The original game remains the authority; the accepted parity baseline and any extension work come later.

What this record says

The reconstruction now runs a connected playable sequence built from the original game's own evidence: Free Mode, the Moostyn port and economy, sailing, encounters, naval combat, a frame-2 victory, continuation and save/load. Recent work used decoded source geometry for battle, projectile paths and NPC movement, along with port services, story systems, interface frames and original audio. The original game remains the authority; the accepted parity baseline and any extension work come later.

The next useful proof

Complete the remaining source comparisons and pass the project's own parity and physical-device gates. MP's real-device play acceptance is a separate observation, and no extension work should start before it.

Where the proof stops

Reviewed repository documentation and source on 19 October 2026; no public hosted build or device acceptance was verified. A playable slice is not a completed reconstruction, and no original executable or asset is redistributed by this record.
