Review-required and reference-only resources remain records without redistributed payloads. Local-folder ingestion supports discovery beyond GitHub.

Have a recipient consume one pack in a real project, then repeat with an unfamiliar builder. Observe successful use, missing context and effort saved before choosing a commercial offer or expanding the catalogue.
Where the proof stops
Source and the owning delivery receipt were reviewed on 12 October 2026. Woodhouse did not generate a new pack, repeat the deployment or observe an independent recipient. Rights apply per resource and intended use; the pack is not a blanket licence or legal guarantee.
