Complete and observe a fresh nontechnical user preparing their own authorised tools, GitHub account, domain and customer app. Finish first-account/domain/fork bootstrap before exposing a hosted Get Ready API or MCP. Preserve the portable-state security and provider-continuation acceptance gates.
Where the proof stops
Production source and browser receipts establish the existing operator experience, independent composition and supported Mac/reference path. They do not prove general customer provisioning, physical devices, installed Cloudflare-extension acceptance, market demand or production identity/memory security. Portable AI State uses fictional data only. Woodhouse orchestrates work without becoming a customer runtime dependency.
